20 Beaches Downwind Camp - Sydney Northern Beaches - Oct 16 to 20, 2024

Next Level Kayaking will be providing craft transport, accommodation and coaching packages at this years 20 Beaches Ocean Classic in Sydney, and invite you to join us! You can select one, two or all three components below to make sure you get the most out of this iconic event.

▪️ Accommodation on the Sydney Northern Beaches 

The 20 Beaches is typically held between Station Beach at Pittwater and Fishermans Beach at Collaroy, taking in the majority of the Sydney Northern Beaches along the way. Known for its prominent headlands, reefs, clifflines and groundswell the key to a successful run down the course lies in your familiarity with the coastline, alongside your navigation and decision making…including when to hang wide and when to skate in close.

After competing in this event 10 times we have developed a series of clinics and familiarisation paddles to help both local and visiting paddlers piece together this course, and bridge the gap between their everyday conditions and the 20 Beaches environment. These activities will let you become attuned to higher energy water, establish visual & navigational markers for race planning, and conserve energy for the event itself.
